Welcome to Spice Goa
Spice Goa began with a simple idea, if the sea is generous today, the plate should show it. Led by Atul and Aparna Shah, and now joined by their sons Rohan & Yash, we keep it hands-on with fresh catch chosen daily, masalas ground in-house, and traditional Goan cuisine cooked the way it should taste.
Across Mapusa and Sangolda, the soul stays the same, only the mood shifts. Mapusa is the original, local, and known for Goan thalis and meals that keep people coming back. Sangolda is calmer and more leisurely, set in a restored Goan-Portuguese home, with cocktails curated to pair beautifully with the food.
