Spice Goa Sangolda, in North Goa is our newer chapter, shaped by Atul and Aparna Shah, and carried forward with the fresh energy of their sons, Rohan & Yash. We built it for guests who love authentic Goan flavours, but want the experience to feel calmer, more considered, and a little more special. The discipline stays the same, fresh catch chosen daily, masalas ground in-house, and coastal recipes cooked with balance and care.

Set in a restored Goan-Portuguese home in Sangolda, the mood here is unhurried, softly lit, and made for long lunches and easy evenings.
